Call moment analysis is a process used to identify crucial moments in a call, from both a sales and support standpoint.
It ensures conversations are steered in the right direction with minimal customer friction, and also brings out insights that can be used to identify general conversation and sentiment trends.
There are two methods of call moment analysis: either AI analyzes a live call and generates insights, or AI analyzes a call transcription to generate post-call conversation intelligence.
