Use Date and Time from Recording Start rather than dates from the transcript says.

Often times if a date is mentioned in the transcript, the LLM interprets that as the date of the meeting, which it usually isn’t. The prompt should be appended with the start time and date of the recording so that can be noted in the summary.

Good idea - the LLM can be passed metadata about the recording like date and time.
